We’re excited to introduce Nicole Guevara, MD, MSHI, FAMIA, CPHIMS, ACHIP, as one of HealthTECH Resources’ partner consultants specializing in ambulatory EHR optimization and clinical operations advisory.
Nicole is a physician and clinical informaticist who has spent her career working at the intersection of EHR technology and ambulatory operations:
- She’s led optimization and workflow redesign across eClinicalWorks, athenaOne, and Elation Health for organizations ranging from independent practices to large multispecialty medical groups and FQHCs.
- Her background spans front-end and back-end EHR configuration, referral management, provider training, reporting and analytics, scheduling optimization, and operational standardization across multisite practices.
She’s now working independently in partnership with HealthTECH to help ambulatory organizations get more out of the platforms they already have.
