HealthTECH Resources is seeking an experienced Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst for a leading healthcare network in Pennsylvania. This 100% remote role offers an exciting opportunity for certified Epic professionals to join a dynamic team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze, build, and maintain Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to optimize workflows
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Contribute to on-call rotation (approximately every 4 weeks)
- Assist with training and documentation
Key Qualifications
- Certifications in Epic OpTime and Epic Anesthesia are a must-have.
- 5+ years experience in the implementation and support of an electronic medical record (EMR) in a clinical setting, preferably in a full life cycle Epic implementation/upgrade environment.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the OpTime application as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of Surgery Departmental operations.
- Experience of end-user support of OpTime application required.
- Strong understanding of perioperative workflows
