HealthTECH Resources is seeking an experienced Senior EHR Analyst specializing in TruBridge (formerly CPSI) implementation for a healthcare provider in Michigan. This TruBridge EHR Analyst role requires expertise in multiple EHR systems, including NetHealth, MatrixCare, and CPSI/TruBridge. Onsite assistance is preferred but this role is open to remote work, with minimal travel onsite.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, configure, test, and implement EHR software and related analytics
- Act as a liaison between clinical/business departments and IT
- Perform system configuration and maintenance of EHR systems
- Provide user education and training on EHR systems
- Ensure proper EHR governance, change management, and HIPAA compliance
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment
- Participate in IT on-call rotation for off-hours support
Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience with CPSI/TruBridge EHR system
- Familiarity with NetHealth and MatrixCare EHR systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in long-term care settings
- Experience in project management and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
