Due to growth and increased client demand we are seeking a Junior Account Manager to strengthen our Phoenix team, especially in the area of business development. This is a full-time, direct hire role working out of our offices in East Camelback Village. You will be joining an established 20+ year old boutique staffing agency with an outstanding reputation and working within a team-centric, yet autonomous environment where you can work to your strengths.

Jr. Account Manager Primary Responsibilities

  • Your main focus will be business development and contributing to the continuing growth of the business with creative sales campaigns and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Proactively search for client companies with healthcare IT staffing service needs.
  • Support the Senior Account Managers in their campaigns and client management.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts: negotiating contracts and agreements, etc.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Jr. Account Manager Ideal Qualifications

  • Approximately 2 years proven sales experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Work ethic and tenacity – a proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Prior staffing industry experience not required but a huge bonus.
