Netsmart EHR Manager

HealthTECH Resources is seeking a Netsmart EHR Manager to lead a hospice Netsmart myUnity NX environment. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position in the Midwest.

The role:

• You’ll own the clinical information systems function for the organization: myUnity administration, vendor relationship management, system upgrades and testing, workflow optimization, and end-user support.
• You’ll also lead or oversee clinical IT projects from planning through go-live, manage a team, and partner with clinical, IT, and education stakeholders to translate care delivery needs into system decisions.
• This is equal parts strategic leadership and hands-on work, you’ll be setting direction at the leadership table and also getting into the build.

Key qualifications:

• Direct experience with Netsmart myUnity (any care setting, but hospice/post-acute preferred)
• 3+ years in a leadership, project management, or supervisory role in an EHR/clinical information systems environment
• Comfortable being the bridge between clinical leadership, IT, and the EHR vendor. You can translate a nurse’s workflow frustration into a system change, and you can push a vendor conversation past the script.
• Hospice operations experience is a plus but not required if the myUnity depth is there.
