UKG Dimensions Clinical Scheduling Lead

HealthTECH is seeking a UKG Dimensions Clinical Scheduling Lead for a multi-site health system’s workforce management implementation. This is the bridge role between the clinical units that build the schedules and the IT team that configures them.

• Location: Fully remote, core hours Eastern Time.
• Term: Late August or early September through early December 2026, with potential to extend.

What You’ll Do as UKG Dimensions Clinical Scheduling Lead

• Review the survey instrument with site leadership ahead of distribution.
• Manage the survey process across all participating facilities and hold sites to deadlines.
• QA returned surveys, identify structural and clinical inconsistencies, and resolve them directly with unit and staffing office contacts.
• Reconcile large scheduling data sets in Excel.
• Escalate patterns and exceptions to the project team.
• Deliver validated, build-ready surveys to IT.

What You Bring as UKG Dimensions Clinical Scheduling Lead

• Hands-on working knowledge of scheduling in UKG Dimensions or Pro WFM. Configuration, administration, or schedule build. End-user experience with timekeeping alone is not a fit for this role.
• Clinical scheduling background in an acute care setting. RN is not required. Nurse manager, staffing office, central staffing, or scheduling coordinator experience all qualify.
• Working understanding of how unit type drives schedule structure. Telemetry, ICU, ED, step-down, and med-surg differ in skill mix, ratios, shift length, and rotation, and you should be able to spot when a submission does not reflect the unit it claims to describe.
• Advanced Excel. Pivot tables, lookup functions, and the ability to reconcile thousands of rows without losing accuracy.
• Experience running a structured data collection or standardization effort across multiple departments or facilities.
• Willingness to push back. Sites will submit incomplete or incorrect data, and this role only works if you chase it down rather than pass it through.
