Epic Trainer

HealthTech Resources is seeking experienced Epic Trainers for a contract opportunity with a premier healthcare client in Latin America. This exciting project involves transitioning from MEDITECH to Epic across a large health system with multiple locations. If you have a strong background in Epic training and implementation support, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we’d like to speak with you about this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Epic modules
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on Epic functionality and workflows
• Create training materials and documentation in both English and Spanish
• Provide go-live support and at-the-elbow assistance during implementation
• Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to align training with project timelines
• Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
• Provide bilingual support throughout the training and implementation process

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
• Epic certification in one or more modules
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Epic training and implementation support
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in adult learning methodologies and instructional design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
