HealthTECH is seeking a Netsmart myEvolv SME to optimize Netsmart myEvolv NX and build custom reports for a behavioral health organization in Arizona.
What You’ll Do
- Assess how myEvolv NX is currently configured and used across the organization.
- Identify misconfigurations from the original implementation and remediate them.
- Build custom reports and KPI dashboards based on the team’s specifications.
- Provide documentation and guides so the internal team can maintain and replicate work after the engagement.
- Support form and event editing and configuration.
- Assist with billing validation to ensure the revenue cycle is functioning correctly.
- Provide guidance on Care Connect inbox (faxing) and Web Connect clearinghouse setup.
- Upskill the internal team throughout the engagement so gains persist.
What You Bring
- Deep hands-on Netsmart myEvolv experience, specifically the NX version
- Ability to build custom reports and dashboards within myEvolv, not just advise on them
- Post-implementation optimization experience (not just go-live support)
- Familiarity with myEvolv form building, event configuration, and data structures
- Billing configuration experience within myEvolv
- Ability to embed with a lean team, assess the current state without condescension, and teach while doing
Preferred
- Experience with Bells
- Familiarity with Care Connect inbox and Web Connect clearinghouse
- Behavioral health or community mental health background
- Experience creating operational documentation and training guides for internal teams
