Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst

HealthTECH Resources is seeking a Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst for a remote direct-hire FTE position near Seattle, WA. Interested candidates should have current Epic Grand Central certification. 

Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst Primary Duties

  • Performing complex system analysis, design, integration, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance and planning of Epic Grand Central and Patient Access applications and/or projects.
  • Looking for good problem solvers & troubleshooters to identify problems, suggest resolutions, and implement solutions.
  • Picking up project work that is already in motion.
  • Utilizing strong customer service experience to have conversations with Operational stakeholders.
  • Working independently and as a team.

Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst Key Qualifications

  • Epic Grand Central certification required.
  • Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, RTE, Welcome certifications desired.
  • Minimum 5 years’ Epic production support and enhancement build experience.
  • Well-versed in translating workflows into optimized designs, daily operations, end-user support/training.
  • Strong communication and well organized.
