HealthTECH Resources is seeking a Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst for a remote direct-hire FTE position near Seattle, WA. Interested candidates should have current Epic Grand Central certification.
Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst Primary Duties
- Performing complex system analysis, design, integration, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance and planning of Epic Grand Central and Patient Access applications and/or projects.
- Looking for good problem solvers & troubleshooters to identify problems, suggest resolutions, and implement solutions.
- Picking up project work that is already in motion.
- Utilizing strong customer service experience to have conversations with Operational stakeholders.
- Working independently and as a team.
Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst Key Qualifications
- Epic Grand Central certification required.
- Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, RTE, Welcome certifications desired.
- Minimum 5 years’ Epic production support and enhancement build experience.
- Well-versed in translating workflows into optimized designs, daily operations, end-user support/training.
- Strong communication and well organized.
