HealthTECH Resources is seeking an experienced Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) for a part-time contract engagement (3-6 months) with a healthcare organization. This role involves troubleshooting, system integrations, and configuration work supporting Epic infrastructure.
Opportunity Summary
- Part-time contract: 15-20 hours per week (flexible start at 0-10 hours)
- 3-6 month engagement
- Mentorship component – support and guide new engineer
- Cloud migration experience a plus
- Remote work with preference for candidates working in Pacific Time Zone hours
Epic Client Systems Administrator Primary Responsibilities
- Deploy and activate Epic RA Client Packs
- Provide on-call and incident response support for Epic servers, Citrix, Hyperspace, printing, and integrations
- Monitor and resolve Epic System Pulse issues
- Administer Kuiper and System Pulse platforms
- Support Epic Interconnect Web integrations
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution
- Lead ECSA projects including integrations, upgrades, and Community Connect initiatives
- Manage web and service load balancing
- Execute Epic Hyperdrive updates and provide related workstation/user support
Epic Client Systems Administrator Key Qualifications
- Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certification or equivalent experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Epic infrastructure components
- Experience with Epic RA Client Pack deployment
- Knowledge of Citrix and Hyperspace environments
- System Pulse and Kuiper administration experience
- Epic Interconnect Web integration expertise
- Disaster recovery planning experience
- Cloud migration experience preferred
- Strong mentorship and communication skills
- Available for flexible part-time hours
