Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid/Remote for the right industry veteran)

The Role: HealthTECH Resources has been a fixture in the US Healthcare IT niche for over 25 years. We aren’t a high-volume body-shop or a massive corporate entity where you’re just a headcount. We are a small, stable team of industry veterans who focus on high-quality technical placements in the EHR (Epic, NextGen, MEDITECH, etc.) and Payer/Provider (TriZetto Facets/QNXT, HealthEdge etc.) space.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join us. We need someone who already speaks the language of the industry, understands the staffing lifecycle, and is looking for a professional home where they can own their desk without being micromanaged.

We aren’t looking for transactional salespeople, but a true client partner who takes genuine pride in the success of every project. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-Cycle Business Development: Identifying and penetrating opportunities within hospital systems and health plans nationally.
  • Strategic Account Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for your clients, navigating the nuances of EHR implementations, and partnering with our recruiting team to ensure we deliver the right talent.
  • Territory Ownership: Managing your own outreach strategies and sharing market insights to help the team stay competitive.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of agency staffing experience (specifically in Account Management).
  • Familiarity with the Healthcare IT landscape. You should understand the difference between clinical and financial modules and be comfortable discussing project scopes with C-level stakeholders.
  • A tenacious, self-directed work ethic with high attention to detail. You don’t need anyone to tell you when to prospect, how to manage your day, or to spot check your work.
