HealthTECH Resources is seeking an experienced VoIP Project Manager to lead a large-scale Cisco phone system migration for a healthcare organization. This project involves transitioning approximately 8,000 phones from local Cisco infrastructure to enterprise-hosted Cisco solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and execute phased VoIP migration strategy from ground up
- Manage large-scale phone replacement project (~8,000 devices)
- Coordinate re-IPing of entire phone infrastructure
- Oversee migration from local Cisco to enterprise-hosted Cisco environment
- Plan integration of Cisco Finesse systems
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with healthcare IT teams and vendors
Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing large-scale VoIP projects
- Strong background with Cisco voice systems and infrastructure
- Experience with enterprise-hosted VoIP implementations
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to plan complex phased migrations
- Experience with Cisco Finesse is a plus
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent project management and communication skills
