Identity and Access Management Analyst

HealthTECH Resources has a new short-term contract position for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst at a premier healthcare client in CA. We are specifically seeking candidates with healthcare experience — if you have at least three years of IAM experience in a healthcare environment, we’d be interested in speaking with you more about this position. This will be a ~4  week engagement initially with likely extension.

Duties of the Identity and Access Management Analyst

  • The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for provisioning user access, providing high quality technical access support, problem research and resolution, technical change implementation, telephone and one-on-one technical support for all levels of clients.
  • Additionally, the IAM Analyst is expected to provide direction and guidance to local and remote users and team members and manage, monitor, and audit security master files.

What qualifications will the ideal candidate have?

  • Must have a minimum three (3) years of Identity and Access Management related experience that demonstrates an understanding of the fundamental tools and concepts of Identity and Access Management.
  • Identity Management Institute Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) certification desired
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, GSEC, CRISC, or related certification(s) highly recommended.
  • Requires knowledge of operating systems, computer science, and various types of computer terminal equipment.
  • Solid command of networking and general IT, network security architecture, basic encryption, operating systems, etc.
  • Solid analytical skills, problem solving skills and project management skills.
