Healthcare Application Testing Coordinator

HealthTECH Resources is seeking an experienced Testing Coordinator for a tribal healthcare organization. This primarily remote role focuses on coordinating testing scenarios for Altera Sunrise EHR and Sunrise Financial Manager implementations and upgrades.

Opportunity Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop test scripts, scenarios, and documentation for EHR implementations
  • Coordinate testing schedules with department stakeholders
  • Execute unit, functional, integrated, and system testing
  • Validate workflows between EHR, pharmacy, billing, and other systems
  • Document and track defects through resolution
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure business requirements are met
  • Support ambulatory facility expansion and testing initiatives
  • Create detailed test plans encompassing clinical and business requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • 1+ years experience with electronic health records and software applications
  • Experience with Altera Sunrise EHR and Sunrise Financial Manager preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps preferred
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end healthcare workflows
  • Experience with test script development and automation testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in remote environment
