Epic Project Manager

HealthTech Resources is seeking experienced Epic Project Managers for a contract opportunity with a premier healthcare client in Latin America. This exciting project involves transitioning from MEDITECH to Epic across a large health system with multiple locations. If you have a strong background in Epic implementation and project management, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we’d like to speak with you about this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Epic modules across a large healthcare system
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system transition
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and implementation teams
• Provide bilingual support throughout the implementation process
• Oversee change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new system

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Epic certification in one or more modules
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Epic implementation and project management
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing large-scale EHR implementation projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
